Where do you ship to?

We ship out from NYC and will ship to all 50 states as well the rest of the world. We also offer free shipping to any order over $250!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery time will vary but I always ship with USPS Priority within the USA and one of the carriers for the rest of the world (Fedex/DHL/UPS).

How do I track my order?

We will always provide a tracking order once the item is shipped and you can either track the package via USPS.com or through the carrier’s site.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Yes, all buyers are responsible for all incurred VAT incurred or imported taxes for overseas deliveries. If a package gets returned to us due to non-payment of VAT or import tax, we can either re-ship (additional fees will apply) or payment will be refunded minus the shipping fee.

Do you give refunds or accept returns?

Since we are an online store of vintage and pre-loved items, all flaws are written or shown in the listing and all sales are final. Please review and read all descriptions and sizing information prior to purchase. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns at hai@qtarchives.com

My item still hasn’t arrived 🙁 what now?

Once your order has been shipped, QTarchives is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered or damaged packages. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address upon purchase.

If you believe a package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office, we can always provide proof of shipment so you can file a claim. Also check with your neighbours and mailman as packages sometimes get dropped off on the wrong porch/mailbox.
