QTarchives is an online store of vintage and mostly used pieces of clothing, shoes and accessories. Therefore, please note that the items purchased from this website cannot be returned and/or refunded.
CONDITION – All of the items that are being sold on this website are carefully selected and authenticated. The tags and the branding details are shown on the photos of each item. We clean all garments and items to the best of our ability and take pride in the care we take to preserve them. Since most vintage garments have been previously worn or used there will inevitably be some wear on all pieces. We will always do our best to note the general condition and point out any noticeable flaws. Sometimes photos do not relay the detail of flaws, so please read all descriptions.
CANCELLATIONS – We can process an order cancellation and refund prior to shipment only. Please notify us immediately if you are wanting to cancel your order. Contact us at hai@qtarchives.com for questions related to refunds and returns.
